Job brief
You’ll be in charge of creating assets, bringing them to life, and delivering high-quality,
cutting-edge motion graphics. This is a position for a creative person with outstanding
aesthetic judgment and a willingness to work as part of a team. From concept to
creation of artwork for the website, social media, or television, you will be a vital part of
the creative process. To bring their concepts to life, they use visual effects, animation,
and other cinematic techniques. Create real-time video, graphics, and animation for
handheld electronic devices, web programs, video games, and smartphones and mobile
platforms, including applications.
Responsibilities
● Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions for a
diverse array of media,including smartphones, tablets and the web.
● Working creatively to produce original and aesthetically pleasing designs and
solutions
● Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final
commercial quality products
● Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion
capture data
● Create prototypes and mock-ups
● Proficient use in computer generation software such as Blender, Cinema4D,
Maya, Flash, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D
● Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with the ability to produce concept sketches
and quick concept edits
● Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
● Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and
ideas.
● Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance
motion graphics.
● Aid the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and
icon design.

● Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and
techniques, contemporary trends in production design to deliver cutting edge
work.

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant subject such as animation, film, television, photography,
illustration, 3D/ graphic design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics,video production.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
