The UBA Group is currently searching for young and enthusiastic graduates who are self-starters to join the Graduate Recruitment Programme. Graduate trainees will participate in intensive and immersive training, on-the-job training with various experienced employees, building skills to establish positive energy within the Bank, building lasting professional relationships, researching, analyzing existing systems, and offering new ideas.
WORTH
Successful trainees will be hired as permanent employees after completing the intensive 6 months (classroom and on the job learning).
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- No years of work experience needed.
- Applicants should have good knowledge of MS Suite.
