College of Western Australia (ECA Ray Hart Memorial scholarship) is awarding a scholarship alternative to college students who need to start a level program in Life, Agriculture and Environmental Science on the college.
This award was created in 2004 to perpetuate the reminiscence of Dr Ray Hart who was a graduate of this College and the founding President of the Environmental Consultants Affiliation (ECA). Ray labored as a marketing consultant ecologist and environmental scientist in WA.

- Candidates should have highschool certificates for an undergraduate diploma and have an undergraduate diploma for the grasp’s diploma program.
